Panel Upgrade Experts have done TWO installations for us: one in a town house condo in 2017, and recently another house installation in 2022. If someone tells you you can’t install a charger in your town house condo, I would STRONGLY recommend Panel Upgrade Experts. They are AMAZING!!!

Very happy with Paul and the Panel Upgrade Experts team. They are professionals who provide high quality work and no mess when they leave. The new 200 amp electrical panel they installed shows well, the wiring connecting to it is straight and parallel, a reflection of true workmanship and pride of the installer. This holds true of other work they did like hard wiring smoke/CO sensors, etc.I'm impressed with Joel who is personable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work.Paul, Jill and Joel took time to answer any questions I had which was helpful in my decision making to make sure I was happy.I wouldn't hesitate to use Panel Upgrade Experts again and highly recommend them.Thank you Ken

We moved into a house with an unsafe electrical panel that was mess of wires. Paul and his team not only left us with a tidy and safe new panel, but also helped us upgrade our service installation to 200 amp service. I contacted Panel Upgrade Experts to install wall outlets in my unfinished basement. They first provided me with a quote and were very accommodating to my schedule. Joel arrived on-time and was able to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. I liked the fact they were very flexible when it came to payment as well so that's a bonus! Panel Upgrade experts were very responsive. When walking me through the work that would be done, they did the best to describe the work that would be done and how things would look when done. They did a great job and left the site clean. My husband and I had some siding work to do afterwards, but because Paul was able to explain that before hand, it was something we were ready for which none of the other contractors giving me a quote even mentioned. We are very happy with all the work they did.

I live in a 1930's bungalow and needed my my panel and knob and tube wiring replaced. I found Panel Upgrade Experts on the Web. I did not know if they were good, great, or not so great lol. Well I got lucky, they are great. These old houses are tough to re-wire. First they replaced the Panel (I was pleased with this work) and then later when I could no longer put it off we did a complete re-wire. I should have done it all sooner. On time, under budget and good quality work. Paul, Joel and Jill do what they say they will do. I will continue to use them for whatever electrical comes up.

Panel Upgrade Experts did an excellent job replacing my 40 year old panel and installing a whole house surge protector. Right from the easy online estimate (I supplied photos) to the work having to be rescheduled on my part. The price was very fair, significantly less than some other quotes and as promised, the invoice was adjusted to the actual costs and came in less than the estimate. This demonstrates a great deal of integrity on their part. More than happy and will not hesitate to call them on future projects including my primary residence.

I had some questions with regards to my existing LED dimmer drivers and switches that weren’t working. I wasn’t sure how to set up the compatibility between the different components. An absolutely top-notch company for both quality and value. Our home needed aluminium remediation and a new panel. Paul and Joel were very professional. Their systematic approach made quick work of the aluminium remediation and panel upgrade. They kept things tidy as they worked which was much appreciated as I have two very curious toddlers. They were very detail oriented and clearly take pride in not just the function but also the look of their work. It is the tidiest wiring I've seen in my life. The pricing and warranties were the best out of the three quotes we got, and they stayed true to the quote, actually better. We are going to be using them for all our future electrical needs as we have some renos planed in our future. Paul and Joel recently did a panel upgrade, relocation, service upgrade to 200 amps, and a kitchen re-wire on our property. They both worked very efficiently and completed the work within the timelines and always kept me in the loop on the progress. The end product was very neat and organized, no messy wires around the panel and knowing that our kitchen remodel is updated with new wiring and meets the latest electrical safety standards. I originally heard of Panel Upgrade Experts from a friend who used them a few years ago and when I was in search of an electrician to do the work, I was able to find them online. I shopped a few electricians for a quote and Paul came in the most competitive, most responsive to inquires and treated the tenants/property with respect. I felt he was quite organized when the work was being done and finished the job as scheduled. The job site was also left clean. Would use Paul again and would most certainly recommend to friends.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Panel Upgrade Experts. I was renovating older house under a home owners permit, and got myself into trouble with the code updates that came into effect at the beginning of 2016 (Need for combination ARK fault breakers, which my old panel did not support). The electrical panel needed to be replaced and I was really worried that I would need to re-do some of the work I had previously done. I had already tied everything into the old panel and I did not have high hopes on the new panel looking good, and was expecting to need to re-run some wires. Paul honestly saved the day. The work exceeded my expectations on how neat and cleanly it was done, and no cables need to be re-run.On top of the quality of work it was all the small things that made this a great experience. Invoice came in bang on their quote. Extremely prompt with correspondence, which I really appreciated. Showed up right on time, finished the job faster than I was expecting. High quality of work, and professionalism.
